This retreat is part of the larger movement of Melos — creating spaces where people can gather for Sundo, embodied breathwork, dance, teachings, and meaningful connection. Melos is a generative space dedicated to awakening and igniting the heart’s melody. Our mission is to empower individuals to recover their true selves and deliver their unique gifts to the world.
We offer this retreat on a sliding scale to support people who otherwise may not be able to attend. Choose the rate that reflects your current financial reality. No proof of income is required.
$150 – Supported Rate
For those who feel called to attend but are navigating financial constraint.
$250 – Suggested Rate
Covers the core costs of the retreat and sustains Melos programming.
$300–$400 – Support the Movement Rate
Helps strengthen Melos’ ability to continue offering workshops, gatherings, and future community spaces.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the Retreat, please review our refund policy below:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 3–13 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please reach out to us directly at donna@meloscenter.org to discuss your situation. We may be able to offer a credit toward a future workshop. Thank you for your understanding.
