Melos is the nonprofit counterpart to Embodied Recovery, a transformational treatment center in Silicon Valley that serves individuals facing addiction, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
Co-founded by Greg Vorst and Michael Nolan, Embodied Recovery offers a healing path that is grounded in the body and guided by the soul.
At Embodied Recovery, healing is not simply about managing symptoms—it’s about remembering who we are. Through a unique integration modern science and ancient wisdom-based practices—including Sundo breathwork, mindfulness, ecotherapy, depth psychology, and inner child work—clients are supported in reconnecting with their bodies, deepening their awareness, and living from a place of truth.
Melos exists to expand access to this work, deepen its reach, and support the broader movement of soul-based healing. Together, Melos and Embodied Recovery are devoted to the sacred process of transformation—personal, relational, and collective.
