We offer three pricing options to make this retreat accessible while supporting the people and resources that bring it to life. All three tiers include the same retreat experience. We invite you to choose the level that feels right for you.
Accessible Rate $200
For those who would benefit from a lower financial commitment. This rate is offered in the spirit of inclusion, so that cost doesn't prevent someone from participating.
Sustaining Rate $350
For those who can comfortably contribute toward the costs of creating and facilitating the retreat. This rate helps sustain the experience and the community that makes it possible.
Supporting Rate $500
For those who have the financial capacity and desire to contribute more. Your generosity helps make the lower pricing tier possible and supports the continued growth of Melos community offerings.

Mt. Shasta Camping + Sundo Retreat

Step away from the noise. Reconnect with nature.
For thousands of years, Mount Shasta has been revered as a sacred mountain and powerful energy center. Many describe its presence as grounding yet expansive, ancient yet alive. People visit to reset their nervous systems, reconnect with what’s essential, and remember who they are beneath the noise of daily life.

This retreat is an invitation to join together, in nature, practicing and exploring with community.
